“I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for making Aaron available to us on Tuesday. We have a new designer and have been having problems with our plotter settings, which is now corrected, but Aaron also taught us how to laminate and contour cut on the Roland for a job we had to have completed that same day. We were all amazed at some of the tricks and tools Aaron demonstrated in Flexi – our designer was extremely impressed! Aaron always spends time with me going over P & L’s, etc., and we spent some time on that Tuesday. According to Aaron, we have a “letter perfect” P & L! And as always, we go over basically all aspects of our store’s operation. I always gain so much from those conversations. Aaron has been my “rock” since we purchased the store 6 years ago. Please know that his time, experience and support are very, very much appreciated. We also received a very informative visit from Mark Zimmerman, our new Regional VP, this morning. As a result, we are stepping back and restructuring our roles in the store in an effort to increase sales volume and manage production more efficiently. After speaking with both Aaron and Mark,we are also moving up our target date to transition to SignVox. I think the suggestion to purchase an ipad for outside sales is a “must do”, and as budget allows, a large flat screen for the design/production area. It was truly an amazing, rejuvenating morning.

Glen Smith was magnificent in how well he pulled the store together for me. He went right to work as soon as he arrived and when the production table went up, I knew that I would be up and running soon. Glen set up the network for me and never complained even though I was “helping him”. Glen will always be welcome at my store. Bill Stolic from Florida Graphic Supply helped me better understand the Roland I have. I was very impressed with Bill’s knowledge and professionalism. “Hi Dan, I am the new owner of the Singarama on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh, NC. We had a major issue yesterday when we could not get our Mutoh printer to work. We had Time Warner Cable (TWC) out here the day before with a different issue and thought that they had fixed it, but after they left, we had a bigger problem that caused some major network issues.

We contacted Nic Mayo, and he came out first thing in the morning, got on the phone with TWC and had the problem fixed within the hour! My designer had spent more than three hours the previous afternoon on the phone with TWC and got no where with them.

I just wanted to thank Nic for all he has done for us and continues to do. Whenever we have exhausted all of our efforts on issues, its Nic to the rescue! Nic exemplifies the utmost in professionalism and never lets us down! Please make sure that Nic knows how much we appreciate him.”
