Signarama, the world’s leading sign and graphics franchise, and Go 1, a world-leading aggregator of educational content, have announced a partnership to offer the Learning Management System platform to all Signarama franchisees and their employees in Australia through the Signarama Academy.
The Academy will provide Signarama’s Australian network with access to more than 100,000 courses on the Go 1 platform, ensuring that the sign franchise’s owners and employees can live up to the ‘lifelong learning’ aspect of their culture.
“We’ve been looking for a solution like this for our franchise for a number of years,” said Evan Foster, the group’s Brand Leader in Australia. “We’re thrilled to enter this partnership with Go 1, and provide our franchise owners and their employees the tools to be able to improve their skills and grow their businesses.”
A major incentive for the investment, says Foster, is the need to ensure compliance across many facets of running a business. “We know that running a business without support can be daunting, with lots of regulation and bureaucracy. We’ve curated a series of courses on workplace health & safety, human resources, privacy and other key business aspects to make it much easier for our franchise owners to get on with running and growing their businesses.”
“We expect that people looking for franchise opportunities in the future will demand these types of services from their franchisor, and that’s why we’re thrilled to have partnered with Go 1.”
